“I had to be able to sit there in that uncomfortable place of this is not as good as I want it to be — and that’s okay.” ~Robyn Conley Downs
I discovered Robyn when she needed a podcast editor for her new show the Feel Good Effect. That was a year ago and since then, I have listened in detail to every single one of her episodes and she continues to amaze me with her big heart, inquisitive mind, business savvy, and seemingly superhuman ability to “do it all.”
As we discuss in this episode, there’s nothing superhuman about it and, in reality, there’s a give and take to everything. In fact, in terms of mindset, one of Robyn’s favorite sayings is “gentle is the new perfect.”
I love it and you’re going to love Robyn.

“It’s so good to point out that I did NOT wake up one day and say, ‘I know exactly what I want to do,’ and/or I didn’t say, ‘I know that I want to be the founder of a lifestyle wellness brand.'” ~Robyn Conley Downs
